MyPoolCoach connects pool professionals with consumers who want their help and experience building their backyard oasis. As a coach, you show up, guide the homeowner through the build, and leave knowing you made something possible that they couldn't have done alone.
There is no cost to join our network. We handle all the marketing, lead generation, and scheduling - you just bring your expertise.
Your role as a coach is simple: put the homeowner first. MyPoolCoach is proudly supported by Cocktail Pools, but your recommendations are always your own. If a Cocktail Pools kit is the right fit, we'll make that connection easy. If the homeowner's project calls for something different, you're free to guide them in whatever direction serves them best. That independence is what makes this network work.
Two days of coaching pays $2,000. Additional days earn $1,000 each. Set your own schedule and take only the jobs that work for you.
We match you with homeowners in your area. No travel required - you serve the community you already know.
We bring the clients to you. No sales calls, no advertising costs, no chasing leads. Just show up and coach.

What we look for
We hold our coaches to a high standard - because our homeowners are trusting them with one of the biggest projects of their lives.
You should have hands-on experience building inground pools from excavation through finish. We verify your background during review.
Coaching is teaching. You need to explain complex steps clearly to homeowners with little to no construction background.
We match coaches with nearby homeowners. You should be based in or near a metro area where demand for pool construction is strong.
When you accept a job, you commit to showing up. We expect professionalism and punctuality - the homeowner has prepared and is counting on you.
